Final sale on treads, doors, glue, mortar/grout and trim.

All other unused and unopened in-stock products may be returned within 14 days, over 14 days may be subject to 25% restocking fee

Any return on AMEX is subject to a 3% fee regardless of when purchased.

Vanities, toilets, doors must be inspected by the customer before leaving the store otherwise Cosmaroma is no longer responsible for damages.

All Clearance items are on final sale.

All deliveries must have someone on site to sign off on the products dropped off.

Defective products must be returned within 14 days for a product inspection, @ manager’s discretion.

Any claims on defective faucet, shower systems, flooring, doors will be transferred to the manufacturer

Any order refund over $2000 is subject to 2% service fee, even if it has not been picked up or delivered.

Only a manager can approve returns over $2000.
