Return Policy

All Custom order items are FINAL SALE with no returns and no exceptions. NO RETURNS on flooring, treads, doors, toilets, glue, mortar/grout, and trim.

All other unused and unopened in-stock products may be returned within 14 days with the exception of open or damaged products, over 14 days may be subject to 25% restocking fee or will not be taken back after 30 days.

All products that have been cut, used, opened sealed, or installed will not be returned nor exchanged. Any accessory claimed to be defective must be brought back to the store within 14 days for a product check which will be approved by manager on sight.

Cosmaroma is not responsible for any damages of products once it has left the store property. Cosmaroma is not liable for any products damaged or missing after it has been delivered, customer is responsible to check for any damages before accepting any delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All products remain property of Cosmaroma Inc. until fully paid. Any order over $3000 refund will be charged a minimum of 2% for a transaction fee even if the products have not been picked up. Only a manager can approve returns over $3000.
